Why should I shop at Suasion Secrets?

Suasion Secrets cares about your intimate lifestyle, we know that most women and men don’t feel comfortable buying sex products on a website that bombards us with images that can be offensive or non-inviting.  So we have created Suasion Secrets thinking about you, we’ve created a classy website that is easy to navigate and a pleasure to shop at. What methods of payment do you accept and do you offer discreet billing?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express all via PayPal.  For your privacy, you will not see details of the products that you ordered on your credit card statement and our company name will show up as SS.

How old must I be to order from your site?

Customers need to be 18 years and older to view and place orders through our website.

Are your services and shipping completely discreet, secure and confidential?

Absolutely. We treat your orders and inquiries with complete discretion. Our Suasion Secret consultants respect your privacy and any questions or advise you may ask in regards to which products are right for you, will stay confidential. You have the choice to have your orders shipped to you in discreet packaging that will not mention our name anywhere on the outside of the package other than SS.

Do you offer shipping outside North America?

 We currently only offer shipping within Canada and the US. We are working on expanding our shipping worldwide so check back with us soon.

Do you only carry the products that are listed on your website?

We have available to us thousands of products that can fit your needs. If there is something you find interesting or would like to buy that is not listed on our website, just send us an email to sales@suasionsecrets.com and let us know what you are looking for. We love to hear from our customers!  We will let you know right away if we can order it for you.

Will you share my information with third party companies?

No we do not. We respect the privacy of our customers.

How soon can I receive my order?

We have warehouses located both in Canada and the US. If you place your order on an item in stock Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm it will most likely ship out the same day. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will ship out the next business day.  If you place an order on an item that is not in stock we will send you an email with an estimated delivery time, if the delivery time will be more than 10 business days then you have the choice to cancel your order for a full refund or request a replacement.  Orders shipped within Canada are sent via Canada Post and usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Orders shipped within the US are sent via USPS and usually arrive within 2 to 3 business day. If you have any questions please email us!

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email from us with an estimated delivery date as soon as you place your order. You can also email us at sales@suasionsecrets.com with your name, the date you placed your order and/or your order number and we will respond to you quickly with the status of your shipment.

Can I return or exchange a product?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Lingerie, intimate clothing or accessories due to hygiene and health reasons. All sex toy products are final sale. You can be sure that we adhere to the strictest standards when providing such personal items/products to our customers, therefore we will not accept back into our inventory any item that we cannot guarantee has not been used or tampered with.  All other items must be returned within 14-days of purchase date and still be in their original sealed packaging. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund if these conditions are not met.

Can I return or exchange a product with a manufacturing defect?

Yes. If you have received a product with a manufacturing defect please contact us via email right upon receipt at returns@suasionsecrets.com. We will supply instructions on how to proceed with the return.  Returns must be authorized by us in order to be accepted and for any refund or exchange to be granted. Product must be returned to us within 30 days of placing your order. Once we receive the defective product and verify that it has not been used, we will exchange it or apply a credit to an alternative product of your choice. If the item is determined to be without a manufacturing defect, no refund or exchange will be granted. (Packing and Shipping costs are non refundable).  

Do you offer a referral bonus if I refer a friend to your web store?

Are there any special caring and/or cleaning instructions for the products I purchase?

Our lingerie and toys will come with instructions on how to properly care for your new products.  We recommend that you follow the caring instructions carefully and that you clean them before and after each use to make sure your clothing and toys stay safe for you to use and in good condition.  We offer on our site a selection of toy cleaners that you must not do without. If you have questions on caring for a specific product just email us!
